Located next to the Taipei Main Station, the Main Station Juice and Ice Desserts was born out of love of Taiwan, and each menu item is made with traditional method using locally sourced ingredients, such as candied yam and yam paste made from yams grown in the Da-Jia area; the fragrant sesame paste made from sesames from Xi-Gang, Tainan; and pickled fruits made from hibiscus flower grown in Hualian. Dong-po pork buns are also available on the menu, which is created under the supervisi on of Cosmos Hotel and Resort Group’s executive chef Shu-nian Wang with 40 years of chef experience. These traditional treats will appeal to the palates of both young and old, each mouthful is a taste of our appreciation for the travelers passing through.
